I am going to be doing a major over all on my truck, and I would like to start with the engine, and the interior..I would like to know
Can I turbo a stock 22r?

you realize its a 4cyl... the work and money spent will not really be worth the gains and lack of reliability. (turbo ect.) Go for a cam and header and take it for what it is.
