ok so i have a 89 4runner dlx that is my daily driver but i just bought a 87 sr5 for parts and i was wondering if anyone knew if the interior wiring harness from the sr5 would swap over to my dlx so i can have a few bells and whistles like map lights and such? Or would it be easier to splice into the current harness.

 

It might be easier just to splice the harness

 

You would have to swap the harness, or just tap into it. The plugs are not already there.
