Maunal Locking Hub Installation Difficulty
Hi, my friend had an extra set of Aisin manual locking hubs that he salvaged off of one of his old Toyotas. I was going to take them off his hands and put them on my truck because I might get better fuel economy and I just don't like the automatic disconnecting crap in general. Before I do, I just need to know how difficult and time consuming they are to install. He said they are difficult because of some cone shaped washers you have to remove, but are a pain in the rear to remove. I don't want it to be very time comsuming because I go to college on the weekdays and work on the weekends so my truck needs to be in commission everyday. Thanks in advance.
