Do you want to go cheap? Or do you want quality? I installed Skyjacker. It has a better ride that I had stock. Some say that they don't flex as well, but it works for me. The cheapest lifts are Rough County. But there are lifts that can cost over a grand. Are you going to install it yourself? I've installed a couple of 3" lifts with a bottle jack. Good luck!

Uhhh...
Cheapest way to get 3 inches of lift or more:
Rears up front
63" chevies out back.
You'll find the chevies for around 50-100 bucks
New hangers, probably like 50..

For factory spring pack and size, rough country? or tough country? 3-3.5" lift. My truck has add-a-leafs, installed wrong, rides like there is no suspension, I almost need a kidney belt... lol. Dual rancho shocks doesn't help either, there's no weight!!

The wrong hardware to begin with, and why try to beef up worn springs?

toytec does not list any thing for truck older than '86

best bang for buck as said "RUF": Read This

63" chevy out back: read this

You did not mention if you want to have stock length springs that will bolt into the stock locations...OME is good if that is what you want. Superlift has an OK reputation....

comes down to what you want to do with the truck, just lift for tire clearance or functioning suspension....just stay away from the back breaker cheap lift off of ebay

most of the good aftermarket springs are long and will require welding etc...

Because it seems as if you do not want to go with the best option.... springs that are the stock length with that much added arch are going to usually ride like crap.

no, used junkyard springs will work just fine, and im sure they are wayyyy cheaper. you should be able to get all 4 springs for 100 bucks.
