help with drive lines
i just bought a toyota and the shop hear in town wants $300 just to stretch my rear drive line 6"... i need any kind of help... cheaper place to get it done, or a way around this... or just some one that has long drive lines for sale i need front and rear...

im not real shure on the 6" just what the kid i bought it from said... it a 85 truggy project, im not shure on how much lift... has coils in the rear with a 4 link... when i bought it the drive line was in the cab with a ton of other parts... and i was told that it needed 6" more

Huh? You're gonna need a bit longer than +6" then ... you need to do the measurements as I described. Best case, the driveshaft is too short and you separate it under droop. Worse case, you make it too long and punch though the back of your tcase (making it EXTREMELY difficult to get off the trail).
Depending on the link length and placement, you could have almost 0" driveline length change or a bunch - and it will be unique to your truck.
It all costs the same regardless of how long you have the shaft made, so take the time and order the right length.
