Lean Air Mixture Fault

I have a 2000 Tacoma TRD and the check engine light has come on. Went to Autozone and they show a lean air mix fault. I purchased this trk in Colorado a few weeks ago with 53388 miles. I live in Fort Worth. Any ideas on what I can/need to do to fix this problem?

you may want to disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes. let the ECU reset itself. elevation change may be responsible for it, maybe not since its going down in elevation but its worth a shot.
