leaking Transfer Case Cooler -

Howdy - noticed a slow leak on my Transfer Case Cooler. It's a 88 pickup automatic 4wd 22re. The hose going into this little cooler under the floor is leaking and I'm not sure if an aftermarket cooler could be used or how to fix the leak. Might try to replace the hose if I can get one made. I searched the site and found one fella that had the same problem but no answers to his post.

I can post up his pict as my leak is the same (if that is allowed)

Thanks for the time - Mike

This is not my truck but this pict shows the cooler. The lower connection is leaking. The FSM doesn't give a lot of info on this part. Anyone been down thsi trail before?

Maybe try the dealer, a junkyard, Duct tape.

So that's what that is. I've wondered in the past and just this weekend what that was when I replaced u-joint @ the t-case. I'll be looking for an answer since my truck has an occasional failure due to mileage/age.
