So I got a redline cam for my 92 22re it's the 270/430 h/o camshaft. I guess he is the guy who used to do Ted's cams for engnbuilder.
Anyway he was telling me to advance the timing once installed. He said he cams go great with a little bit of advance but the thing I was wondering am I able to set the distributor to 8 advanced instead of the stock 5 or does he mean cam timing which I would need the lce adjustable cam gear?
