Intro/02 sensor question!

My names Tyler, i grew up in the central oregon area. I pretty new to toyota's. Ive never owned one but ive helped work on them. I have a background in diesel mechanics, thats what i do for a living.

Anyways i just purchased a 1992 toyota 4x4 22re. I like the truck a lot but its has a few things that need fixed on it. Since im new to toyotas i figured i would come here for some wanted info.

The truck i believe has the wrong exhaust manifold on it, it has an o2 sensor that goes into the exhaust manifold but is clipped. I looked for a few minutes and i could not find the other female plug for it. So what i came to conclustion is that was the wrong exhaust manifold? Am i correct?

Truck should have an O2 sensor (or 2 if it is a Calif. emissions vehicle). Sounds like someone cut off the plug for the sensor. Likely a small round connector with one wire plug inside.

Well it still has a 4 wire one near the cat, I think i found the connector that it would plug into. Its near the front of the valve cover correct?
