Hi everyone BD is my initails I have a 1977 toyota Hi Lux with 20 R it's really a Micro mini motor home. The problem is that after it runs for about 30 minutes it looses spark. Then when it sits long enough to cool down it will start again. It has new plugs, wires, cap & rotor, and coil. Other than that it runs great.

 

do u have the old coil? my buddys truck did this and it was the new coil he put on, and so we changed it back to was the old one and it has ran fine since and that was 5 yrs ago. was this problem happening before it got all new parts? also have u looked at the points or anything inside the dist?
