Idling High

This Is My First Forum Question.i Bought My 1999 Prerunner 6 Months Ago And Is Idling High. It Drops A Little After Warming Up, But The Idle Is Still Too High. My Engine Light Came On And I Put It On A Computer And It Showed The Code "p0505,idle Control System Malfunction". Has Anyone Had This Problem And What Conclusion You Have Come Up With? I Would Like To Fix This Myself If It Is A Part To Change. Thanks For Any Help.

Is It The "idle Air Control Valve" And If It Is, Is It Easy To Change?
