I need Advice on gears

Hello everyone!
I own a 1997 Runner SR5 2WD. I will be installing 33x12.5x15. I need advice on what gears should I get to compansate for the larger tires. I would like to at least maintain factory performance as a minimum, but I rather like to have a little bit more power since I use the truck for towing a boat. So, should I go with 4.88 or 4.56 gears? I have looked at the gearing charts (http://www.4lo.com/calc/geartable.htm) and according to the chart the RPM range indicated for 33" tires using 4.88 gears =3230RPMs That to me is to high. considering that with 29" tires I'm running at 2050RPM while doing 65MPH. I'm no expert, that is why I'm asking for help. Thanks!

"These calculations are assuming a manual transmission with a 1:1 ratio."

I don't believe your transmission is 1:1 in 4th gear.

assuming yours is an auto and an A340E

Ratios 1st: 2.804 , 2nd:1.531 , 3rd:1 , 4th:0.705

the rpm's on that chart would pretty much reflect your RPM's in 3rd gear not 4th.
