Hypothetical question-Using low range on the road in 2WD?

yep, I do it all the time as well, when off road, its a lot easier to use 2 lo just to avoid over working the clutch, also, its easier to "crawl" in lo range than high range, slower speeds usually = less wear & tear on suspension parts. If I come upon a spot that looks like I may need 4x4, I just hop out and lock the hubs...
