How to change spark plugs in 2004 4Runner V8

On a 2004 4Runner V8 how do you change the spark plugs?
I looked at the engine and see where I think the plugs are.

Also, what type plugs should I use. The very expensive ones or the reasonable ones?

Use the ones that you buy at the dealer.

sorry, its pretty easy, if you remove the intake tube it makes it easy to get to the plugs on passenger side. look for the individual coils, unbolt the coils to access the plugs underneath..
