Help on suspension
Hi there, please forgive my ignorance, this is my first post. I have a 2nd gen forerunner, My rear suspension has broken !
There is a little arm connected to the chassis which has sheatred off at the bolt. The arm has rubber bushes top and bottom and is about 5 inche long. The bolt on the top of the arm has sheared off and the arm has popped out of the bracket. Just wondered what this part is called as I need to buy a new one obviously ! Have it strapped up to rest of linkage at mo. I think it is attached to the sway bar , is this the correct term ? Help !

Agree with Rocket... pics would really help.
As a guess, you broke one of the control rods at the end of your swaybar. All you've done is deactivated your sway bar.
1. You can fix the rod, and have your swaybar back.
2. You can remove the swaybar, possibly gain some flex but have more body roll.
Either way, you should probably remove the broken bit before it gets in the wrong place... like maybe wedged somewhere it shouldn't be.
