Describe "hardly moves" and how are you doing the test?

Could be it is stuck in 4low, is the front drive shaft spinning when it moves?
If so, pull the t-case shifter out and see what is going on there.

So what happens when the truck only goes 15MPH or so. Is the engine screaming along at high RPM or is it bogging down and has no power?

Sounds like time to get ahold of a Factory Service Manual and start through the troubleshooting sections in it. Could be the timing is off, the catalytic convertor is clogged, fuel injectors clogged, fuel pressure too low, a bad cylinder or two or any number of things.

wow. man you should have driven it first before you bought it. well it could be number of things, ill go what 4 crawler said get a manual and troubleshoot it , thats what i did when my truck stop after 7miles. and wouldnt start either.so best advice would be get a manual and do the troubleshooting process.

How black are your plugs? and how long before a wire change, sometimes it's just the simple stuff, but then again I'm have a difficult time with my throttle on my 22re and I'm just having a bad day.
