Help 3.0 1995 v6 not starting

I posted on here a couple times, I have checked a lot of things on this truck and it will not start fuel is good at lest its getting to the Pressure Regulator , I have not pulled that ut yet to see if its comimg out the other side , I don't know if I may have sprug the timing , I know with the car and trucks back in the day they would still start but run like ˟˟˟˟ or back fire though carb. I also found a whole in the side of the EFI Relay its not brunt it Broke . I try to pull it out but its not coming out any ideas ? I'm trying not to get Flustured over this it use to start right up till I changed the Knock sensor, I tested fuel injectors as Terry87 shoed in thread, don't know if the tails are bad or not , I cleaned them and put in a rebuild kit , I noticed the caps are a little big and there tight in the Holders after I put them in , They turned easy in the rails but stiff in the Manifold they still turn but hard, I don't know if there not down far enough. The ECM is nere the floor on passenger side hard to test can that be unbolted and tested ? I checked the Distibutor its ok. Any Help , Thanks I wish they had Videos on this reading is messed up . I would rather see it, but I will try anything at this point, going to junk yard to see what I can find , do I need new injectors ? Trying to see If ECM is putting out power over I think its #10 & #20 trying to check ECM but like I said its hard to get my tester in there to read where to put the leads. again Thanks
