Unhappy Help :)

Hi

I have just this week purchased my 1st ever 4x4 a 94 Toyota 4Runner and it shakes between 80 and 100 km - I have just put new tyres on the car today so they are balanced - any idea on what might be causing this????

4WD? Manual hubs?

It could be the drive shaft, U-joints on the drive shaft.

Bad CV joints up front if it's 4wd w/ non-manual hubs.

What was said above. Also, just because your tires are new, don't rule that out. It could be an out of round tire or the tires were not balanced properly.

Was it shaking before the new tires?

I go with unbalanced tires. Gotta take them to a good shop to do the balancing.

Or maybe even a improperly mounted wheels. Something could be a little crooked. Lift up each corner and check yer nuts.
