headlight swap

I have a 88 toyota 4x4 22re.I heard that you can swap your seald beam headlights to the headlights that you can just change the buld out I probably ant makeing any sense but if you know what I am talking about let me know what model of vehicle I can take the headlights out of thag will work on my truck

Google search for toyota H4 conversion and you'll find a ton of info

H$ are the popular (many makes/models) replaceable bulbs.

I recently got Hella housings (glass) for mine and it's night and day difference.

There are cheaper ones out there that I hear are good...SEARCH!
