Hard to shift T-100 when cold

Hi, I have a 1997 T-100 that I bought about 9 months ago. A while back my clutch starting sticking and it became very hard to shift. My mechanic replaced my master cylinder and said that he thought the slave cylinder had been replaced recently. Everything worked perfect for about a week and now the clutch is sticking again and it's basically unshiftable when it's COLD, after it warms up everything works fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

My 4Runner grinds into gear when it's cold. To avoid this I shift really slow and/or double clutch between gears.

My truck doesn't do this, even when it's negative 5 out lol..
Maybe when you start the truck to warm it up, put it in 4N, and put it in gear so that the gears spin and warm the oil.
