hi guys is it normal for the hand brake light to be on wen the hand brake is off? .and is is the rear end supose to be hard to turn i was thinking it was because the hand brake was on but there is no brakes scraching the drum wen you turn it by hand is this normal? thanks guys and girls.

The light could be caused by your brake fluid being low. Top it up, and see if that fixes it.
