funny brakes

whenever I go to stop its uneven. I'm pretty sure it's not rotor warp cause I spun the tires by hand and it didn't feel like it was dragging. could it be my tires? I'm pretty sure that before I bought the truck it sat for awhile on account of my tires, they have good tread but the side walls are cracking. any help? thanks

Have you checked pad thickness and for even wear on the pads? Both left to right and inside to outside pad differences. May have a caliper sticking causing one side to do the majority/all of the front braking.

Torque rod(if stock steering) bushings? Tie rod ends? Knuckles tight? Wheel bearings good?

Does it pull consistently to the same side or varies?
