front diff breather extension

Would someone please post the exact union I need to replace my stock front diff breather. All posts concerning breather extensions seem to treat the front as an afterthought. As such I am still in the dark. The only thing I understand for sure is that a union with a 90 degree bend is going to fit best. A picture would be helpful, too. Thanks.

You can find it clipped to the drivers side inner fender well.
