Front crossmember bolt torque

I have just put on my oil pan and am to the point where I need to reattach the front crossmember. They are 10s according to the bolt head not 10.8 which I would have expected to see. Am I correct in my reading of the fsm that these bolts are torqued to 168 foot pounds? It is not very clear on the issue, and it is a rather moot point because I am sure it would work at that... I am just a perfectionist when it comes to torque ing bolts. Thanks for the input.

It's a two by. I don't think that the four by has it... When I get my 4x cleaned up I will confirm
