front brakes not working SAS

I have a 1991 toyota and just finished the SAS and the 3.4 swap, everything is done except I have no front brakes. I have replaced the calipers (bleeder is on the bottom), new rotors, new pads, new master brake cylinder. The brake booster is working and have not replaced(holds air). The only other thing that I have not replaced it the brake proportioning valve. I have bled the brakes any way you can think of including gravity and have bench bled the master cylinder. I have rear brakes and even switched the lines to the master cylinder and still have only rear brakes??? I have no idea as to what is going on??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The bleeder should be on top.

Agreed with Jason.
When I was back at All-Pro I had a customer go through his entire brake system only to find out the calipers were on the wrong side and the bleeder was on the bottom.
Air travels up.
