Will driving. Without a front axle hub seal hurt the wheel bearing if the bearing is sealed ?

The seals are there for a reason. Can you drive your truck without fear of thermonuclear detonation? Probably. Will the bearing and other related components wear prematurely without it? Absolutely. Seals work just as much to keep stuff out as in.

 

Do you mean a bad seal or none at all??

Why would you put it back without one.

Are you talking about the dust shield on the CV axle??
