Which exhaust Kit?
Im looking at cheap cat back exhausts on ebay(have $50 gift card) and i found a dynomax for cheap. Im not looking for HUGE power gains, but a little would be nice. Im mostly looking to get rid of the ricey sound of my no name muffler.

Anyone have any experience with this?
I will also be hollowing out my cat untill it comes time for emmisions.
As a matter of fact, i think i will hollow it out tomorrow
I also was looking at this...

But its quite a bit more.
Thanks in advance for any help.

pacesetter and dynomax exhaust systems are pretty much crap. you're better off buying a muffler you like and a fancy tip and going to get it put together...
heres mine. I also have headers and a test pipe in place as the cat. both the cat and test pipe are inner changeable.

Damn that sounds sexy
I will keep that idea in mind. Im still not sold on any perticular set up.
I might end up just welding on a glasspack and a highflow cat.
Today i was planning on hollowing it out, but i dont want to throw any bad codes. My o2 sensor is already messed up and reads a rich and lean code(25 and 26).

Yeah, i know what you mean.
I cant decide! There are so many choices.
I guess i could just go the cheap route and get a muffler to start, and eventually get a highflow cat.
Would exhaust pipe diameter make much of a difference in sound?

pipe diameter makes a big difference in sound. go with 2.25. some guys just cut the stock muffler out and bolt up the aftermarket muffler. it'll add a small tone, but it'll be better with bigger piping.

No need to throw any codes now!
