hello staunch techys,have just fitted weber 32/36 carby to stock(i think)22r in my 89 4runner,has made a remarkable difference,my problem is it runs on when igntion off but only when engine hot,um runs i think till fuel bowl empty,this was no issue with old stock carby(aisin)outside of this all is good,any remedy to this dilema would be comforting,cheers.

 

Are you sure the timing is set right ?, and are you sure the float level in the carb is set properly ?.

 

Might need an idle shut-off solenoid. I did.
