Draining voltage!

What modifications are needed to create more voltage when KC Lights are in use and it drains power to my truck? Would it be the battery, alternator \\\\

You need more amps, not volts. And for that you need to upgrade or swap the alternator. Dual batteries would help a bit, but you'd still need to put in more amps than you take out.
How many lights are you running anyway.

I think you have your terms mixed up.

alternator. do a search. I know there are threads out there of higher amperage alt.

EDIT: I'm really slow today.

I have 4 lights on top, two on the front bumper, and have an amp under my seat for the stereo...when I put the lights on, it actually lowers my idle and dims my internal lights....

Yeah, you definitally don't want to run all that stuff like that. It will burn up your electrical including your computer from not getting the current it needs. Get a higher amperage alternator.
