Door Panel Swap??

Door Panel Swap??
Was wondering if anyone has done it or knows if it can be done to swap the nice looking sr5 door panels off a 92' 4runner onto my 91' reg cab pickup. Just wondering if it's the correct measurements before I actually buy them and see.

Im not sure if the reg cab pickup doors are the same as ExtraCab.
But the 90-95 4Runner door pannels are 4" shorter then the my 92 ExtraCab PU door and pannels.
But all the attachments are the same.
90-95 4R door length is about 41"
90-95 PU EC, door are 45"
