differential leaking

breather line or the bearing is shot. I would have checked the breather first before replacing the seal. Now if the breather isn't bad you got to tear out that new seal and get another one in order to replace the bearing.

Are you sure it's not leaking between the 3rd member & the housing? And the breather is the FIRST thing you should check.

xxxtreme ya beat me. And ya if it's still leaking from the pinion seal you should replace the bearing and the flange if it's grooved.
