Question Defroster and rear end sag

I am starting to do work on my 93 4runner Sr5 and two problems i have run into are the rear defroster works but only on 4 or 5 lines of the grid, which only gives me a small window to be able to see out of on those cold days, any idea how to replace the grid or go about these issues, during my winters its usually 40 or below and i need the defroster. Also my auto antenna cable broke and no longer will go up or down and i just want to replace it with a stationary one, any idea how to do this?

AND last question, i have the so recognized sag in the rear and know i want to replace the coils but havent been able to find them online to order, anyone know where i can order these for a good deal and a good product?

I can help you on the antenna, go to autozone and for 14 bucks you can order an aftermarket factory mounting style replacement antenna if they don't have one in stock, remove inner fender panel below the antenna and it should be held on by 1 bolts, and be sure to soak it good in penertrating lube and let it sit for a while the hit it again before trying to remove bolt, and wire brush the thread if dirty or rusty before trying to remove, then remove old one and remove cable and then fish in the new one, it's really easy peasy, I got one on my toy and works great get great am/fm stations, I'm 100 miles from chicago and get all the am radio stations, and 65 from indy and get fm radio from there and much cheaper than a dealer oem one that they want almost 60 bucks!!!! Good luck and have fun :}
