Decisions, Decisions - Rebuilding my 93 4WD pickup

Hello all, I did a search, but couldnt really find the exact info, so I thought it would better suit me to start my own thread, mods, I do apologize if it seems a "newb" question
Here we go,
Im 28 years (old or young?) and have a decent background in vehicles. Ive rebuilt a 1966 mustang, soon to be twice, and performed an engine swap into a 95 accord (using an h22 engine). So I do have some experience
Here is a quick background. As it states in my signature, it is a 1993 Toyota 4WD pickup, Auto, with very high miles. The frame is still solid, but the shocks are out completely, and I am going to park it soon to work on it.

My question is, what would be the better, and easier swap for my old, original 22 RE?
5m GE
7m GE
or perhaps the 7m GTE?

Ive already lined up a cluster swap, since I dont even have a tachometer, and my speedometer likes to get stuck on 45 sometimes. Which again pops a question.
I read the thread involving the sr5 package instrument cluster swap, but, since I dont have an oil pressure sending switch, do you think I should go ahead and install one? Or is it there, just not hooked up?
Ive got the plain jane cluster, as I said before, not even a tachometer!

Any help would be awesome, and yes, I know you guys dont flame, but again, I am sorry if this is a question that has been asked 18 000 times.

if you are confident and think you have the patience/skills. swap the 7m into it. another alternative is rebuild the 22re and put a couple little performance parts on it. it wont be a supra or anything, but it'll hold its own.

well reason I was asking. i have access to a 5m GE from a cressida already. I would love to manual swap my truck as well. i dont like the slush box auto.

does this forum have write ups involving that swap? or any resulting M series swap? I saw one that he did a 5m GE swap into an 88. that should work, so I think they use the same basic frame

Havent heard from anyone in a while. Ive lined up a donor 7M GE from a cressida. ive heard from my best friend that this would be the best route. my problem will be getting the wiring harness out. anyone know of any write ups of this being done, or already did? i searched again and couldnt really find anything.

my trans just went out, so im taking this opportunity to work on the truck
