Code 41 and 43 on 89 Pick Up

41 is The Throttle position Sensor Circuit and ECU
43 is No Starter signal check the ignition switch and circuit and the ECU
It means you need to break out the Multimeter and do some testing
Has your truck been in the flood waters ??
Mileage and engine might be of help
