Hello everyone! I'm new here. I have a 1994 Toyota truck, that has a blank out where the clutch start cancel would / should be. If I bought the switch to install in the spot, how hard to wire it in?

Being I already have the switch I don’t know if it’s pre wired? I take it the plug is not just hanging out behind the blank?
I would imagine it’s possible with a diagram the switch and some thinking…..switch is pretty easy to come by and is kinda a switch of its own that does most of the work for the function. I would imagine it ties into the clutch pedal circuit somewhere but now I’m just talking to talk
I can’t imagine that many people have wanted it bad enough to tackle but someone may chime in, hoping they have more ideas than me
I have a 93 2WD 5 Speed extended cab that did not have the cancel button, when I removed the dash the plug was there. I got a button off Ebay and presto it worked. Good luck
Mines certainly what I'd call a base model except it does have AC. So I'm hoping that the wire is there to plug in. I'd have thought the clutch start cancel would be built in to every truck but apparently not. 😏
I got excited that it's still available as mine is pretty worn. 84520-35010 is the one on the clutch pedal bracket. I think he wants the switch that's in the dash. Thanks for posting it it either way though.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes indeed, it's the switch on the dash I was writing about.

report that spammer, see the embedded links he's posting
I have, other posts in other threads same thing, copy and pasting replies from other users from years old replies. It also screws up the threads. People or bots are strange indeed
