check connector pic / problem solved / DELETE ?
hey y'all been using this site for a long time, but never had to post. so thanks for all the advice in the past. now i need a picture that i cant find, so im looking for help.
i have an 88 4runner with the 3.0 automatic
truck has been sitting several years but is very solid.
im very sure that my next move should be to jump the fuel pump via the check connector. (wont bore anyone with the issue because it appears to be a common problem.) i need a pic of the check connector with the terminals identified, because i no longer have the cap for my connector so i dont know were FP or B+ is.
a pic of the connector being jumped or if someone has a pic of there cap with the diagram visable this would be a great help. thanks

just another thought... i just bought the 88 runner with the 3.0 automatic. my everyday driver is a 86 pick up with the 22r manual. got any ideas how much trouble it would be to stick the 22r and the manual trans in the 4runner

problem solved thanks
hey thanks for the help. problem solved. I hooked up the fp terminal on the check connector with a jumper to the batt pos. got everything clicking at the same time. did this a few times and now everything seems to be working fine. no need for the jumper. first start up in six or seven years so she sounded a little rough at first but has smoothed out alot. Thanks
