I am replacing my motor (22re 1988) how difficult is it to change the clutch?

Here is a link to TOyota Factory Service Manuals (real ones not chilton's)
http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/index.html
The first one listed is a 58MB download that covers 85-94 Trucks/4Runners with a 22 R(e)
Toyota does a decent job laying it out IMO

Hope it helps....personally I don't think it is too bad, just remember to have the flywheel resurfaces and torque everything back to spec...

With the engine removed, it is a piece of cake. Most clutch sets come with an alignment tool, so it is really pretty straight forward.
