Ok first off i know that this doesn't pertain to toy's but its an emergency.

My girlfriend's dad's car broke down while he was on the freeway. Its a '04 ford taurus and he said he just all of a sudden had no throttle response...but the car can still turn on. Does anyone know what the problem might be and if its an easy fix or whatnot.

It prob is the fuel pump. It will start an idle from alittle vacume.But wont have enough to drive down the road with any throtle
