I've got a Limited 95 4runner. I can't stand the annoying whine of the door buzzer, I've read on here that's it's easy to find but I've looked and haven't got a clue where it is. It's not under the seat where most of you have seemed to able to find it. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

 

Right above the fuse panel on the drivers side kick panel. Its a little grey cylinder. Put your keys in and have your door open, you will find it easily.

 

i just pulled the button out of the door and sniped the wires

 

Dose your dome light still work after sniping the wire?
