Can someone identify this slight "squeal" in 3VZ-E?

Hey y'all. Just bought me a '93 4x4 Pickup with a 3VZ-E and 131k original miles. Good lookin' pickup. Anyhow, previous owner did a lot of PM on it, new exhaust, clutch, brakes, and timing belt. I have a slight squeal coming from the front of the engine and I can't seem to pinpoint it to any of the accessory belts or pulleys. Could this be the timing idler pulley? Does this sound familiar to anyone who can give me a more definitive answer? Thanks in advance!

Try pulling the belts off and cranking it up to see if it still does it. It won't hurt it to crank it up for just a minuet with the belts off. If it does go away give all your accessory a a spin and check for looseness or hard to turn.

Well it definitely appears to be the no.2 idler pulley making the noise.... I also found the timing belt replacement sticker from the previous timing kit, it was done at 57k miles, so I suppose being at 131k it's time once again!
On another note, I checked with Toyota tonight about the V06 recall campaign for the 3VZE headgasket replacement. The service hasn't been done on my truck and they are apparently willing to honor it. If I bought a set of ARP head studs do you think they would install them instead of using the total crap torque to yield headbolts? My biggest fear is that they may even reuse the old stretched bolts, instead of at least a fresh set. Ultimately I'd feel 100% better if they would let me supply a set of studs instead and then I'd never worry about it again. Think they would cut me a break on doing the timing job as well since they have to tear in to all of that to do the head gaskets?
