bucket seats

bucket seats

I have an 1987 2wd toyota single cab id like to put bucket seats in with the least amount of trouble. what bucket seats will bolt in relatively easily that i can pick up at a local pick an pull?

All things considered, pretty much anything.
Honda and Acura seats are popular choices. 4Runner buckets are the #1 choice. I've seen Corolla seats, Taurus seats, all for about the same amount of work.

If you search around, there are threads where folks here have upgraded their seats. The best way is to use plate steel to adapt the stock floorpan mounting holes to the seat brackets so you don't have to cut up your floor.

My buddy did MK3 supra seats in his. He did have to modify one of the mounts to work, but it looked really good afterwards.
