brake pins

I am in the middle of replacing the brake pads on my 90' 4runner and am having a little trouble with the pins. any tips on how to pull them out?

spray them with penetrating lubricant and then use something the same size to gently tap them out (a tiny punch, screwdriver or even another pin)....... just dont bend em

well got both pins out on one side but the other side is in there good and doesn't want to come undone. also on the side that i did get the pins out one of the pads doesn't want to come out either. after I figure all that out how do i get the brake piston back to get the new pads in? chiltons say to use a handle of a hammer or a c clamp but I cant see how I would get either in there to push em back.

Almost there. just sprayed on some brake cleaner . waiting for that to dry up and then put it all back together.
