Brake issues...lspv?

My mastercylinder decided to crap out after five years. It blew a seal internally, pushing fluid out between MC and the booster. Got a new MC ,installed, bled (far to near then lspv). No change in pedal or brakes. Long story short I am on my third MC. Everything is adjusted, in working order and no leaks. When the bleeder is opened, instead of pushing air/fluid out, it actually "sucks" in. Am I looking at a faulty LSPV?
