blinker to runner light conversion

I'm in the process of building a prerunner front bumper for my truck and everything ive seen with the blinkers left on looks like piss, and i saw on her a while ago someone posted pictures of the rewiring and i cant find it now. Can someone help????????

for starters what year is it? i have an 84 toyota pickup and if its any thing like that its prity easy to do i just pulled the plugs off the blinkers and disconnected the plug on the running lights and swaped the blinker plug to the running lights and taped off the running light plug good so water dosent get into it
