skillz - not quite sure what he meant either. I think he was talking about the spacers and the body lift. It looks better now that the spacers are out, perhaps some more sensible tires that don't cost more then the truck's worth when they wear out are in order?

I will take some tomorrow, but I really dont see to much difference as only the 2in spacers were removed from the front. Any suggestions on wheel/tire combos for when the 3in spacers come off and I will just have the 6in suspension lift?

if you wanna stick with big rims..

then get a set of black and chrome(or brushed aluminum) 20" rims and a set of 35's

pull off the body lift and go with a set of 33s on a 16 inch wheel of your choice. Anything will look better than huge mall crawler wheels.

Ok here are some pics from today. The front is now level with the rear just from removing the spacers.

looks like those are 35s??? if it were me, i would remove the BL, get soem 16in wheels, 35s, and some sliders, or some of those N-FAB slider/step things if your not wheeling it much. or you could always leave the massive lift, remove the runnin boards, cut a little here and there and run 40s

It still looks huge! I would tone that thing down and get the BL off if I was you.

I know this comment is only 6 months late but like yoder says, rock the lift as is, lose the running boards, go to sliders, gear that puppy if not already and throw on some 36/13.50/15s or 16s black steelies ande that rig would be soooo sexy!! By the by, makes me want a new black 3rd gen runner to build Mahalo bro!

I think the 4 runner looks sick the way it is. Just run bigger tires and your set. Not everyone wheels their truck, I kinda dig the mall crawler look
