bent back to crank case pulley

bent back to crank case pulley
I just pulled off my crank case pulley and found the PO used a screw driver to get it off at one time. the "cup, cone" on the back has noticeable pry marks. I have never seen this before and am wondering if it can be reused. here is a picture to show how bad it is bent.
sorry if this is a duplicate question. I asked it in my timing chain thread but thought I would just start a new one specific to the bent pulley. could this cause a big leak if the oil pump seal is still good?
Thanks

Was it on there like that with no problems? If so, I'd be tempted to use it.
Does that bungered surface actually make contact with the oil seal? Could you carefully flatten out the bent up section a bit?
