Beck Arnley parts

I have to get both lower ball joints replaced and the right wheel bearing. I phoned around for prices on these parts. At the Toyota dealer each ball joint was $283. At a nearby parts supplier I can get a Beck Arnley ball joint for $73. The supplier says that they have been carrying the parts for over a year and have had no problems. He says that some of the Beck Arnley parts even have Toyota stamped on them. He said he could sell me another line for $136 which has a lifetime warranty, but said that as far as he is concerned the Beck Arnley is every bit as good. Has anyone had experience with Beck Arnley parts, particulary ball joints and wheel bearings?

I have Moog BJs and Beck Arnley tie rod ends and both are stamped exactly the same as my OEM ones. They're all apparently made by the company "555" in Japan and then outsourced to several different distributor companies and auto manufacturers, or so I've read. Personally I can't tell a difference between any of them when compared to my originals. So yeah, I think Beck Arnleys are good parts.

My Beck Arnley outer tie rod ends were stamped (555). No complaints after a year. People on IH8MUD (Land Cruiser site) hold 555 in high regard. I have also heard they are made by the same company as Toyota parts (thus OEM parts that Toyota Canada is trying ripping you off for).

Thank you guys for the quick responses. The main reason I asked is that I have had other parts for other vehicles last only 20,000 km. Even though they are lifetime warranty, it still is a pain to get replaced, and you still have to pay for the labour again. Thanks again.
