Pros: cheap, 1.5" true lift, easy to install.
Cons: None. They do what they're supposed to. It could be said that if you use them for lift and not flex that they will put a higher angle on your CV's, but they're still better than a tbar crank and there are thousands of trucks that have done that and been fine. Myself included. |
Pro- Down travel seems like way more then 1.5 inches, You can relax the T-bars and accually flex the front and ride soft. drop the diff and your even better for downtravel.
Con- I hear that they wear out balljoints faster but havent seen it at all. Softer suspension makes things feel smaller so you tend to push harder. Your butt will be sore from kicking your self after thinking you should have done it earlier. the only real con is if you dont drop the diff then your CV boots look like mine. I plan on doing that when i get new shafts. pic of 4inch lift and Bjspacers. I relaxed the bars and am accually lower then i was but have so much more usable suspension its worth a bit of rubbing and cutting. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...Picture034.jpg Stock Straight http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...Picture036.jpg |
