Backfires and won't start

Ok so I put a new head, timing chain on my 1994 22 Re Toyota pickup and tried to start it and it backfire so hard that it blew the muffler apart and off. Help!!

Maybe start with the easiest first?

Firing order set right, all the distributor leads go to the correct plug.cylinder.
