Anybody running headers?

I'm considering picking up a set, but is it worth it? Is anybody seeing real gains or is it just hype? -Lance

when i had my 22re i had a custom 2.25'' exhaust and a intake those helped some but by far the most power gain came from a Lce header

I have put a header on both my 95 4runner and 92 P/U. I noticed the biggest difference in the 95, but also noticed a difference in the 92. I like having a header, I think it makes a difference, thou there are many people.. some have dyno proof, that running 2.25" from the stock manifold all the way out is better.

But I think either way is better than stock.. one thing I like about my current header is it ceramic coated, which means less underhood temps.
